Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the LoveCo iPhone app and widgets (the "App"). By using the App you agree to them.

1. Who can use LoveCo

You must be 16 or older. LoveCo is made for two people in a relationship who both choose to pair.

2. Your account and pairing

You sign in with Apple or Google and keep your account secure. You pair with one partner by sending an invite link. Once paired, what you send in LoveCo (doodles, photos, hugs, answers once both have answered, game results, letters, reactions, your status and your local time) is shared with your partner. You can unpair or block a former partner any time in Settings.

3. Your content

You own what you create. You give us permission to store it and show it to your partner, only to run the App. Don't send anything illegal, anything that harasses someone, or anything you don't have the right to share. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. LoveCo Plus

LoveCo is free to use. LoveCo Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks every question pack and unlimited games, all 12 Coo stickers and your own words on Coo's sign, "Open when" letters, every memory, and outfits and room themes for Coo.

• One subscription covers both of you. When either partner has Plus, the other gets it too while you're paired. If the subscription ends, you both go back to free.
• Prices: yearly (US$39.99, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers) or weekly (US$6.99). Your App Store shows the price in your currency.
• Billing: payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. A free trial turns into a paid yearly subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
• Cancel or manage in iOS Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

5. Things we can change

We keep improving LoveCo, so features, content and what's included in Free or Plus can change. If a change affects your subscription in a significant way, we'll tell you in advance.

6. No warranty, and limits

We work hard to keep LoveCo running, but the App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for content your partner sends you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

7. Ending

You can delete your account any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Apple's standard end-user terms also apply to your use of the App.
