How do I pair with my partner?

After creating your account, tap "Create Couple Space" to get a 6-digit pairing code. Share this code with your partner, who can enter it by tapping "Join Couple Space." The code expires after 15 minutes for security.

What does LoveCo Gold include?

LoveCo Gold unlocks unlimited heartbeats, habits, tasks, plans, memories, all couple games, daily questions, premium widget styles, and drawing tools. One subscription covers both partners — when you subscribe, your partner automatically gets Gold too.

How does the 2-for-1 subscription work?

When either partner subscribes to LoveCo Gold, the premium benefits are automatically shared with the paired partner at no extra cost. Only one of you needs to subscribe.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find LoveCo, and tap "Cancel Subscription." Your Gold benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Open LoveCo, go to the paywall or settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your subscription will be restored automatically if you're signed in with the same Apple ID.

How do home screen widgets work?

Long-press on your home screen, tap the "+" button, search for "LoveCo," and add the widget. It will display your partner's latest heartbeat and mood. Widgets refresh when your partner sends a new heartbeat and periodically throughout the day.

Can I unpair from my partner?

Yes. Go to Profile > Settings > Unpair. This will disconnect you from your partner's couple space. You can create a new couple space or join another one at any time.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and personal data. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through Apple's subscription management.

What are daily questions?

Every day, you and your partner get a new conversation-starter question. Both of you answer independently, and once both have answered, you can see each other's responses. It's a fun way to spark real conversations and learn something new about each other.

What is the weekly recap?

Every Sunday, you'll get a recap of your week together — how many heartbeats you sent, habits you kept, questions you answered, and your current streak. It's a celebration of the love you put in.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your couple data is only shared between you and your paired partner. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. All data is encrypted in transit. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

What iOS version is required?

LoveCo requires iOS 17.0 or later. It works on iPhone and supports home screen widgets.
